We ensure the highest quality standards of our employees through continuous training, further education, and advanced development programs. Innovative and consistently qualified analytics enable us to meet the demands of modern laboratory diagnostics. The in-house development of over 90 different procedures plays a significant role alongside complementary medicine.All laboratory tests are assessed for precision through validation and verification measures. Internal and external quality controls consistently ensure the reliability of our analyses. The certificates from our external quality assurance programs—conducted by institutes such as INSTAND e.V., the Reference Institute for Bioanalytics (RfB), UK NEQAS, and ERNDIM—can be requested from our Quality Management team.

The satisfaction of patients, referring physicians, and institutions is a priority for us. Therefore, all complaints and concerns are handled according to a defined procedure. Preventive, corrective, and improvement measures continually enhance the quality of our daily laboratory work. The ongoing enhancement of our quality standards is confirmed by external evaluations conducted by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS), the Rhineland-Palatinate State Investigation Office, and the State Office for Weights and Measures. This includes addressing and implementing innovations in accreditation, the guidelines of the German Medical Association for quality assurance in medical laboratories (RiliBÄK), as well as advancements in the field of analytics.
